Nokia’s ‘Women in Leadership’ program empowers women in the Middle East
Nokia, in partnership with e& and supported by UN Women, launched the ‘Women in Leadership’ training program in the Middle East last year. The goal of the program was three-fold: to empower women to pursue leadership roles, ensure more women are present and involved at decision-making levels and contribute to a better future for all. In addition to Nokia’s program, #ChangeTheFace Alliance members Colt and Ericsson are empowering women and championing inclusive leadership by mentoring the next generation (Colt) and by conducting experiments using behavioural science to approach diversity and inclusion (Ericsson).
