Colt: Businesses must get hybrid working right or risk DEI regression

Over the last few years, many businesses have increased their DEI efforts but there is now a critical factor that risks derailing this progress. Some companies are now considering bringing their employees back into the office which can create barriers for minority groups and others are not doing enough beyond introducing hybrid or flexible working frameworks.
